RBL may draw players from the following locations:

Hanover County
Powhatan County
Eastern Louisa County
Eastern Goochland County
Western Henrico County, specifically the school boundaries for the following:
   • Shady Grove ES
   • Kaechele ES
   • Twin Hickory ES
   • Colonial Trail ES
   • River’s Edge ES

In Hanover County, the south‐central and eastern parts of the county are shared with District 3 Babe Ruth. Specifically, east of Rt 33 up to Ashland Road (623), to east of Blanton Road (666), to south of Patrick Henry Road (54), up to and including the entire town of Ashland and all points east and south.

In Western Henrico County, Rockville Baseball will continue to share those 5 Elementary School zones with District 3 Babe Ruth, specifically Glen Allen Baseball.
